The Ogun State Coordinator of TEAM DA 4 PBAT 2027, Alhaji Hon. Ajeigbe Umar Ishola Ilerioluwa, has congratulated the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on the occasion of his 66th birthday, describing him as a visionary and dedicated leader committed to people-oriented governance.
In a statement issued on Friday, Ajeigbe praised Governor Abiodun, who also serves as Chairman of the Southern Governors’ Forum, for what he described as remarkable achievements recorded under his administration over the past seven years.
According to him, the governor’s “Building Our Future Together” Agenda has continued to reposition Ogun State for sustainable growth and development through strategic investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, youth empowerment, and social welfare.
He noted that the administration’s developmental blueprint, anchored on five key pillars, has significantly improved the standard of living of residents across the state.
The TEAM DA 4 PBAT 2027 Coordinator particularly commended Governor Abiodun for the transformation witnessed in the infrastructure sector, including the construction of a modern airport and the establishment of an airline, which he said have enhanced the economic profile of Ogun State.
He also applauded the governor’s adoption of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and electric vehicles as part of efforts to modernise transportation and promote environmentally friendly initiatives within the state.
Ajeigbe further acknowledged the administration’s strides in healthcare delivery, educational development, and the creation of a business-friendly environment that has continued to attract investments and strengthen industrial growth in Ogun State.
According to him, Governor Abiodun’s efforts in improving the Ease of Doing Business and advancing industrialisation align with the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda aimed at driving national economic prosperity.
“As the Governor celebrates this special occasion, I join his family, friends, political associates, and the good people of Ogun State in wishing him good health, wisdom, and renewed strength as he continues to serve the state and the nation,” he stated.
The coordinator noted that Governor Abiodun has continued to receive commendations from political leaders, stakeholders, and residents for the administration’s developmental projects and reforms across critical sectors of the state’s economy.
