Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) students, under the Great Ife Students’ Union, have demanded an immediate reversal of the university’s recent tuition fee increase.
The university management, in an emergency meeting, decided to increase school fees by 50% and hostel accommodation fees by 100%. Students have vowed to resist the increment.
