“The emergence of Distinguished Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi, CON, FCA, as the consensus governorship candidate in Ogun State, marks a defining moment in the political evolution of our dear state,” Oludotun said. He cited the senator’s track record in public service, particularly in legislative excellence and fiscal responsibility, as reasons for the widespread respect he enjoys across party lines.

He noted that Adeola’s leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, transparency, and people-oriented policies. Oludotun said those principles align with citizens’ aspirations for sustainable growth and improved quality of life across Ogun State.
“This consensus candidacy is not only a victory for Senator Adeola Yayi but a victory for democracy, dialogue, and unity,” Oludotun stated. He maintained that the outcome represents a stronger, more cohesive path forward for the APC and the state.
Oludotun said he proudly joins countless admirers, supporters, and well-wishers in congratulating the senator on the milestone. He expressed confidence that the consensus marks the beginning of even greater accomplishments for Yayi.
He concluded that the development signals a brighter future for Ogun State under Adeola’s leadership if he eventually secures victory in the 2027 general elections.
