A delegation from Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency in Ogun State has declared support for Hon. Motunrayo Adijat Adeleye’s ambition to contest for the House of Representatives in the 2027 general elections.
The group, under the platform of TEAM DA 4 PBAT 2027, met with Adeleye in Abeokuta to discuss political developments and her plans for the constituency. The delegation included key stakeholders from Ifo and Ewekoro Local Government Areas.
Speaking during the meeting, the State Secretary of the group from Ifo Local Government commended Adeleye’s leadership style, describing it as purposeful and focused on the people. He also prayed for more wisdom for her to continue delivering democratic benefits to the people.
Also speaking, Comrade Soetan Kehinde, who is the Ewekoro Local Government Coordinator and Deputy National Youth Leader of the APC Support Group Leaders Forum, said Adeleye has the capacity, competence, and grassroots support needed to represent the constituency effectively at the National Assembly.
In his remarks, the State Coordinator of the group, Hon. Ajeigbe, described the endorsement as a timely and wise decision. He added that members of the group are already mobilizing support across the constituency.
The meeting ended with a renewed commitment by TEAM DA 4 PBAT 2027 to strengthen grassroots engagement and work towards ensuring Adeleye’s victory in the 2027 elections.
