A governorship aspirant contesting under the platform of All Progressive Congress(APC) in Ogun State, Abayomi Hunye, has congratulated Christians in the state for Easter celebration.
Hunye, who is the Managing Director of Ogun State Waste Management Authority(OGWAMA) stated this in a statement obtained yesterday in Abeokuta, the state capital.
He urged the Christians to emulate Jesus Christ selfless love and sacrifice on the cross to humanity.
Hunye said “On this auspicious occasion of Easter, I extend my warmest greetings to our Christian brothers and sisters across the our great state. The essence of Easter is the selfless love, sacrifice and the foundation upon which we must build our future.”
“As we reflect on the significance of this season, let us remain steadfast in our commitment to the peace and prosperity of Ogun State.
“Together, we shall rise to the challenges of our time and birth a new era of inclusive growth. Happy Easter!” he noted.
