The Ogun State Chapter of the Association of Nigerian Broadcasters (ANBROAD) has congratulated the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ogunlowo, on his recent elevation to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG).
In a congratulatory message signed by the Governor of ANBROAD Ogun State Chapter, Gbenga Goke-Fadiran, the association described the promotion as a well-deserved recognition of Ogunlowo’s years of dedicated service to the Nigeria Police Force and the Nigerian public.
Goke-Fadiran noted that the new rank represents a significant milestone in the police chief’s career and reflects his commitment, professionalism, and leadership within the force.

The ANBROAD governor also praised Ogunlowo’s leadership qualities and dedication to public service, describing his promotion as a testament to his integrity and consistent contributions to policing.
“This achievement stands as a true testament to your unwavering dedication, exceptional leadership skills, and invaluable contributions that have consistently enhanced the efficacy and reputation of the police force,” he added.
Goke-Fadiran further expressed confidence that Ogunlowo would continue to make meaningful contributions to the safety and security of Nigerians in his new capacity.
“Your presence in this new role instills a profound sense of security and confidence among the residents of Ogun State and Nigeria at large, and we eagerly anticipate the positive influence and transformative impact you will undoubtedly continue to create in our country,” he said.
He also wished the newly elevated police chief continued success, wisdom, and strength as he begins another phase of his distinguished career in the police force.
