It was a moment of applause and reflection on Sunday night as Gboyega Nasir Isiaka received the Allied UK Award for Positive Representation and National Development at the 37th Anniversary Grand Finale of Allied International Club (UK).
The prestigious event, held at the Balmoral Convention Centre, attracted political leaders, traditional rulers, business executives, diplomats and members of the Nigerian diaspora.
Presenting the award, the leadership of Allied International Club (UK) described Isiaka as “a consistent ambassador of progressive leadership, fiscal responsibility and people-focused governance.”
The citation highlighted his contributions to economic policy discussions, grassroots empowerment initiatives and his commitment to national cohesion.
According to the organisers, the honour recognises individuals whose public engagements have positively projected Nigeria’s democratic values locally and internationally.

Isiaka, a chartered accountant and development advocate, has built a reputation for policy-driven engagement and institutional reform.
