Abeokuta, Ogun State – SG Holdings, a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities, is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Under the leadership of Mr. Deji Somoye, the organization has made significant strides in promoting education, skills development, and entrepreneurship.
As part of its empowerment initiatives, SG Holdings has donated various sums of money to business people and widows to help them start their businesses. The organization’s foundation has also provided scholarships to indigen of ijemo and it environs in tertiary institutions.The son of Lion Comrade Damilare Ajayi, who expressed his gratitude on behalf of ijemo sons and daughters to SG Holdings and Mr.Deji Somoye for their generosity.
“Mr.Deji Somoye is a generous person who has shown commitment to empowering our community,” Ajayi said. “We are grateful for his good deeds and pray that God continues to bless him.”
The 10th-anniversary celebration will take place on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, at 12 pm with a thanksgiving service at Christ Anglican Church, Ijemo, Abeokuta.
