Alfa Jubril Dalamun Faces Justice for Alleged Heinous Child Abuse

A profoundly disturbing and alarming case of child abuse has shaken the entire community in Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, sparking widespread outrage and concern.
On Wednesday, SP Omolola Odutola, the Command’s official Spokesperson, publicly disclosed that Alfa Jubril Dalamun, a 39-year-old suspect, was apprehended by law enforcement for allegedly committing a heinous act of defilement against a vulnerable 12-year-old girl.
According to Odutola, the Divisional Police Officer received a detailed report of the egregious sexual assault on October 22, 2024, at precisely 9:40 a.m.
Mrs. Kehinde Kafayat, accompanied her traumatized daughter to the police station to formally report the incident.
She stated that Alfa Jubril Dalamun, residing at No. 8 Imososi Street in Ago Iwoye, allegedly forcibly assaulted and defiled her innocent daughter on Saturday, October 19, 2024, around 1:00 p.m.
The young victim was promptly rushed to Love and Care Hospital in Ago Iwoye for thorough medical examination, treatment, and counseling.
The police thoroughly investigated the crime scene, successfully arrested the suspect, and brought him into custody at the police station.
The case will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department for further thorough inquiry, investigation, and prosecution.
The Ogun State Police Command has reassured the public that justice will be served, and the perpetrator will face the full weight of the law.
